Behind every seamless event is a team carefully managing the program and ensuring that every session runs according to plan. At Pneuma, our production team works behind the scenes to coordinate speakers, manage presentations and guide the technical flow of the event from start to finish.
Our in-room producers and content managers play a central role in this process. Working closely with organisers, they translate the event program into a detailed run of show, ensuring that every moment of the event is clearly mapped out and coordinated.
Throughout the event, our producers work closely with the master of ceremonies (MC) and speakers to keep the program on track.
By coordinating transitions between sessions, managing presentation materials and communicating with the technical team, they help ensure the event maintains a smooth and professional rhythm.

How the event flows

Event program coordination
The run of show acts as the blueprint for the event. Our production team uses it to choreograph the work of the technical teams operating from the technical control desk, often referred to as the front of house.
From this position, the team manages sound, visuals, lighting and presentations, ensuring that each cue happens at the right moment. This coordination allows speakers, moderators and panellists to focus on their message while the technical team manages the flow of the program.
Speaker support and presentation management
Supporting speakers is an essential part of event production. Our team works closely with presenters before and during their sessions to ensure that presentations are ready, properly formatted and delivered smoothly.
We also provide visual support tools that help speakers stay confident and organised on stage.

Stage coordination
Behind the scenes, our stage hands work closely with the production team to ensure the stage environment is prepared for each session. This includes managing furniture changes, panel setups and transitions between speakers.
By coordinating stage movements carefully, the team ensures that the stage remains organised and ready for each segment of the program.
